NDIS Payment

We're here to assist NDIS participants!

OYKIDS products are designed to support children's independence, accessibility, and daily routines at home — and many of our products may be eligible for NDIS funding.

We are not a registered NDIS provider, but we work with plan-managed and self-managed participants every day. All you need is an ABN (which we have) and a tax invoice — no registration required to use NDIS funding with us.

Who can purchase using NDIS funding?

  • Plan-managed participants — your Plan Manager can pay our invoice directly from your NDIS funds
  • Self-managed participants — you pay us directly and claim reimbursement from NDIS

Self Managed:

  • Place your order on our website.
  • Email us at info@joykids.com.au with your order number.
  • We'll provide you with a pro-forma invoice to claim your funds independently.

Plan Managed:

  1. Place your order on our website using the NDIS payment option
  2. Email the following details to info@joykids.com.au:
  • Your NDIS number and full name (for invoice purposes)
  • Your plan manager's email address for invoice forwarding

We'll process your order and send the invoice directly to your plan manager.

Important note: Whether a product is approved depends on your individual NDIS plan and your Plan Manager's or NDIA's assessment. The product must be considered "reasonable and necessary" for your child's disability-related needs. We recommend checking with your Plan Manager or Support Coordinator before ordering if you are unsure.
