NDIS Payment
We're here to assist NDIS participants!
At Joykids, we're proud to be part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to support individuals on their journey. Here's how we can work together:
Self Managed:
- Place your order on our website.
- Email us at info@joykids.com.au with your order number.
- We'll provide you with a pro-forma invoice to claim your funds independently.
Plan Managed:
- Place your order on our website using the NDIS payment option
- Email the following details to info@joykids.com.au:
- Your NDIS number and full name (for invoice purposes)
- Your plan manager's email address for invoice forwarding
We'll process your order and send the invoice directly to your plan manager.
Terms & Conditions:
- Orders will be shipped once we receive cleared funds.
- NDIS orders have 30-day terms, and if payment isn't received within 30 days, your order will be canceled, and the items will no longer be reserved for you.
