OVERSIZED OR BULKY ITEMS:

AU: Orders are shipped from Melbourne by Star Track or Courier Please with tracking details.
US: Orders are shipped from the US warehouse by FedEx with tracking details. US excluding deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Armed Forces Americas， armed forces Europe, Armed Forces pacific
Please allow approximately 2-14 business days for delivery.
Only ship to individual or business addresses.
Only delivery to the ground floor door of your building, Due to OH&S policies, the delivery driver is unable to enter your home and the product is not able to be taken upstairs without assistance.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm (Public holidays excluded)

All orders are shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post with tracking details. this does not contain any Oversized and bulky items.
Please allow approximately 1-7 business days for delivery depending on where you are in Australia.
For Northern Territory and regional Western Australia customers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
We'll endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days of receiving your order and clearing payment.

We don't currently offer Express Shipping, However, please don't hesitate to contact us if you require your parcel by a specific date.

We are unable to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact us if you have made a mistake and we will try to halt your order, however due to fast processing time this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.
