Solid Wood Products — 2-Year Structural Warranty
All JoyKids solid wood products come with a 2-year structural warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal household use.
What is covered:
- Structural failure not caused by misuse or accident
- Manufacturing defects in joints, panels, shelves, or frames
- Material faults in solid wood or pine components
- Hardware failures (hinges, screws, brackets) where fitted as original components
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and dents from daily use
- Natural variations in wood grain, colour, or finish — these are characteristics of real timber, not defects
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow assembly instructions
- Damage from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or harsh cleaning products
- Modifications made to the product after purchase
How to make a claim
- Email info@joykids.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will respond within 3 business days
- We will arrange repair, replacement part, or replacement product at our discretion

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
