I'm Annie, and we are a family-owned small business located in Melbourne.

Our journey began in 2020 when we ventured into product design and teamed up with manufacturing partners to transform our concepts into reality. We exclusively cooperate with factories specializing in specific domains. Currently, we work with several manufacturers, and our network is continuously expanding.

Our mission is to establish direct partnerships with manufacturers to offer you the finest quality and pricing.

Our Objective: Zero Waste Packaging

Preserving our environment and safeguarding public health is a shared duty. At Joykids, we are committed to minimizing waste in both our products and packaging, even if it results in higher expenses.

We are delighted to announce that all our items are crafted from materials that are either recyclable or reusable, with an emphasis on wood. Furthermore, we've made an effort to minimize unnecessary packaging and regulate stock production to cut down on waste.

In terms of parcel packages, our preference is to employ cardboard, which we fill with recycled paper. When it comes to smaller items, we utilize 100% recycled poly bags.
