AU STANDARD DELIVERY (Parcel<5kg, length<102cm)

  • Base Rate: Shipping starts at AU$12.90 for the first item.
  • No additional fee for add-on items
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Aramex with tracking.

AU Oversized or Bulky Items: Calculate at Checkout

  • Shipping rate start from AU$19
  • Orders are shipped from Melbourne via Direct or Aramex with tracking.
  • We ship bulk items only to individual or business addresses (No PO BOX)

USA Domestic Shipping (Contiguous 48 States)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders within the contiguous United States.
  • Carrier: Shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground from our US-based warehouse.
  • Transit Time: 1–6 business days once you receive your fulfillment confirmation email.
  • Exclusions: This free shipping policy does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or U.S. Armed Forces (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Please Note:

  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor door of your building. The delivery driver cannot enter your home, and assistance is needed to take the product upstairs.
  • Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, excluding public holidays.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Currently, we do not offer Express Shipping. If you have specific delivery date requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Incorrect Address / Orders

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the details. If you made an error, please contact us, and we will attempt to halt your order. However, due to fast processing times, this is not guaranteed.
  • While we do not accept liability for incorrect addresses, we will make every effort to accommodate changes when possible. To avoid any issues, please double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order.
