Damaged or Faulty Products:
Inspect your products upon receipt and inform us within 7 days of delivery if there are any damages or faults. We offer replacements or refunds for major defects that make the product unfit for its purpose. Minor defects not affecting the product's overall quality will be reviewed case by case and a suitable solution, like a replacement part or repair, will be offered. Contact us at with order details and photos of the damaged product.

Minor Imperfections and Variations:
Since our products are made from sustainably sourced hardwood timber, variations in wood grain, color, and finish are normal and expected. For reasonable minor imperfections in color and grain, we can't provide returns or replacements.
Change of Mind
  • Change of Mind: If you've had a change of mind after receiving your order, you can either return the items or exchange them. To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and the products should be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Before Dispatch: If you change your mind before your order is shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel it. However, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Fees: Depending on the situation, restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply. These will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

How do I return my goods?

  • Do not attempt to return your goods before contacting Joykids service team. We have specific procedures that need to be followed to ensure that the return proceeds smoothly.
  • Please contact our service team via any relevant images/videos to help communicate any problems with the product.
  • Our service team will endeavour to respond within 3 business days with option/s for how to proceed. If the item needs to be returned, Joykids will arrange for the shipping.
  • Goods should be returned in their original condition in their original packaging within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary depending on the product but should be preferably within 7 days of the date of receiving your goods.
