PRE-ORDER POLICY

A key service we provide at JoyKids is the ability to pre-order items with lower price.

We allow our customers to pre-order their products so that they have peace of mind that their products will reach them after stock arrives. 

Please review sales conditions below before proceeding with placing a pre-order.

• If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order items are in stock before dispatching.
• If you want to ship separately, please split into two orders.
• Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped in 24 hours after stock arrives.
• Arrival date is an estimate and not guaranteed, please contact us for arrival date.
