Our bookshelf is designed to be secured to the wall and comes pre-cut to fit baseboards up to 4.7″ high and 1.2″ deep.

If your baseboard is a different size, no problem — you can easily mount the shelf above it using our convenient mounting kit.

1. Dealing with an Oversized Skirting Board?

If the skirting board is too high: No problem — simply mount the shelf above it using the handy mounting kit we provide.

If the skirting board is too wide: You can trim the baseboard to accommodate the shelf. The maximum trimming allowance is 4 cm.

2. How to Secure the Shelf

(1) For Gyprock or Plasterboard Walls (All Tools Included):

Mark the desired bracket positions on the wall.

Remove the bookshelf and use a hammer to securely install the provided wall anchors.

Place the bookshelf back into position.

Attach the L-shaped brackets securely to both the wall and the bookshelf.

(2) For Wall Studs (Recommended for Safety & Stability):

Use a stud finder to locate the solid studs in your wall.

Hold the bookshelf firmly in its desired position against the wall.

Insert screws through the bracket holes and directly into the studs.

Use a drill to tightly fasten the screws for a secure fit.

Safety: Our shelves are crafted from solid wood and finished with eco-friendly white paint, ensuring they are completely safe for children.

Preventing Accidents: If you have curious kids who might pull or climb on the shelf, it's crucial to be safe. We recommend attaching the shelf firmly to the wall stud. This keeps it steady and lowers the chances of accidents.
