Description

An open-ended Montessori toy shelf in solid rubberwood — 116 cm wide, 30 cm deep, 60 cm tall, with three open tiers. There is no back panel and no doors, so what is on the shelf is visible from both sides: it stands against a wall, or out in the room as a low divider between the play space and everything else.

23 cm between tiers, and every shelf is flat — no lip, no rail — so trays and baskets slide straight in and out. At 60 cm every tier is within a child's own reach, and the top becomes the display surface: the place the finished build gets to stay.

Solid FSC-certified rubberwood throughout, with a non-toxic finish and rounded edges. Designed in Melbourne. Adult assembly, with straightforward instructions.

A cabinet hides what is in it, and a shelf with a back hides it from everyone standing on the other side. This one has neither. Toys are visible from both sides of the room, so the same 60 cm shelf stands flat against a wall or out in the floor as a low divider.

Every shelf is flat — no lip, no rail — so trays and baskets slide straight in and out, and a child puts them back without being helped.
